Evaluation phase

It is important that the patient and the physician are in harmony in this process. Unfortunately, a good result cannot be expected with a dentist who does not understand the patient or a patient who cannot express himself. An experienced physician should guide the patient by asking questions and showing examples, and at this stage he should be able to understand what kind of smile he is imagining.

After mutual interviews, intraoral photographs and facial photographs are taken. Oral measurements are taken. Panoramic x-rays are taken and it is discussed which treatments will be needed.

The smile design is prepared by taking into account the color, length, shape of the teeth, the position of the lip, the determination of the smile line, the amount of appearance of the pink gums, the shape of the face and even the character characteristics of the person.

Approval phase of the design

When the design is ready in the model, we apply it to the mouth with the help of a silicone template.

We try the design in the mouth and decide on the tooth length and forms that best suit the face. In order to have the ideal smile, the necessary extensions, abbreviations and changes are decided at this stage.

Carrying out treatments

Although our subject is aesthetics, our priority is oral health. For this reason, we first check the health of teeth and gums and make the necessary treatments. Infrastructure work is the most important part of the work so that the prosthesis we make can be used healthily for many years.

At this stage, if necessary, treatments such as filling, root canal treatment, extraction, etc. that will make the infrastructure sound and healthy are applied. If necessary, gingival leveling and gingival health treatment procedures are applied to provide pink aesthetics. In our clinic, we use our diode laser and electrocautery devices for these procedures. When the treatment stages are finished, we move on to the application of the aesthetic materials we have chosen to the teeth.

Porcelain laminate veneers, emax crowns or zirconium crowns are the restorative materials we frequently prefer today. With these thin and high light transmittance materials, we obtain bright and shiny teeth that are very close to nature at the same time. When done correctly and with good care, they continue to exist in the mouth for years and healthily.

The production time of these processes is 1-2 weeks on average.
